6. Our services

We provide our home improvement services using our carefully selected and approved in-house designers and project managers and third party contractors, who have expertise in conducting home refurbishments. It is free to use our services up to acceptance of the quotation that we provide you following a visit by our contractor.

To use our home improvement services you must be the owner of the property where our services are to be carried out or have the property owner’s express permission to undertake home improvement, maintenance or repair services on the property.

7. Consultation / design and quotes / site survey

Once you have selected our service for the performance of your project we will arrange for a suitable surveyor expert to visit you at your property to make some measurements and advise you on the project renovation. This is free of charge and you can select the date and time that is most suitable for you, from our appointment slots we make available to you under tab "Book a consultation". After his visit we will potentially revise your quote for any additional labour that might occur after professional survey is done on the site. Please bear in mind it could vary slightly from the initial quote you had received via sms together with your proposed personalised bathroom design.

After and if you accept your bathroom renovation quote, we will organise our contractors to go to your home to assess your project. Your final quote will be valid for 60 days from date of submission in your account and will be inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

If you accept a quote you agree to pay the price contained in the quote for the performance of the project. Until you accept the quote we may withdraw it at any time by notifying you and such withdrawal will have immediate effect. Acceptance of a Quote constitutes acceptance of these Terms. When you accept a quote, you will be asked to confirm a start date for the project. You will also be required to pay a 50% deposit in order for the quote to be accepted and for the renovation project to start.

During a contractor assessment, it may not be possible to identify every project risk. If a project risk is discovered before or during the performance of the project we reserve the right to halt any and all performance of the project until we are satisfied that the project risk has been resolved. We take the safety of our customers and contractors very seriously and want the performance of the job to be as smooth and safe as possible.

8. Renovation project conditions

You need to provide clear access to your property and all other necessary arrangements to enable our contractors to perform the renovation until the project is complete.

If, when the contractor has finished the project, the project is not finished to your satisfaction, you must notify us immediately and we will use our reasonable endeavors to remedy the situation. We will request you to provide a snagging list, containing a list of small, remedial tasks for our contractor's attention.

Sometimes, due to the nature of the project, the requirements may change as the renovation is performed. If the project changes, you will be asked to accept a variation request that we will present you with, which will outline various options available to you and additional payments that may be required.

It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain any and all permits, licences and other consents necessary for the lawful performance of the renovation works.

We may, acting reasonably, temporarily or permanently suspend any project at any time for technical, legal or operational reasons.
