DELIVERY

Estimated Delivery Times
USA: 1-3 days
Europe: 3-5 days

We aim to deliver all goods that are in stock within 1-3 days from the order date, and 3-5 days for international shipments; if you need the items sooner than this please drop us an email on contact@designangels.us and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.

We use UPS. All orders will receive a tracking number which you can follow via the UPS portal.

US delivery costs are as follows:

Standard parcel: £6
Large parcel: £10
Fragile parcel: £25

UK ORDERS

Shipping prices start at $30 and are calculated at checkout. They will include any local customs or duties related to your order.

In the UK you can spend up to 800 USD and not incur any local customs and duties on your order.

Customers will be held liable for any other charges that may occur.

PRE-ORDERS

Please be sure to check the product details on the items you have purchased as there may be lead times specified on the product page. We will do our best to improve lead times where possible.

We do not offer split shipments so your order will ship in full once the pre-ordered item is available. Please bear any delays from this in mind when ordering.

PACKAGING

As of 2023, 97% of our product packaging is 100% recyclable. We only use non-recyclable options where there is no other feasible way to ship items safely, and our aim is to completely remove all non-recyclable packaging from our product range by 2025.
